Great location, walking distance to tourist attractions and transportation. Room was spacious and clean. The view from the room overlooking Grand Place was beautiful. Free Wi-Fi with good reception. Complimentary kettle with coffee and tea bags provided.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the main sites in the city, such as the Grote Market. We could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants, making it convenient for families. The staff at the front desk were nice and attentive to our needs. The room itself was clean and spacious, with a sofa bed that could be divided into two twins, giving us enough space to move around. The windows in the room were also great at blocking out street noise. Additionally, the frites across the street from the hotel were some of the best we had in town!

Great location, just steps from the train station and a short walk to the main attractions. Saved us from bad weather! loved being close to the beautiful square.
Breakfast was poor value, with industrial-looking options and disappointing quality. Could have been more environmentally friendly too.

We had a great stay in the heart of this city. Best aspects were the convenient location, close to everything, and very close to the Grand Palace main square. The cleanliness was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated right in the middle of all the touristy places. We had no problem finding our way around the city, with the Central Station just a short walk away. The room was beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms ensured we had a peaceful night's sleep. We were also pleased with the food options available at the restaurant and bar. The staff, especially the manager, were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
